Man of the Match award handed out to Serbian player Pavle Savković.
Serbia takes the win in the first match of Group A. Man of the Match award handed out to Serbian player Pavle Savković.
Regardless of the outstanding performance of Finland, Serbia took two steps forward at the very end of the match! The opening match ended with the result of 6:4.
Pavle Savković did an amazing job scoring a total 3 out of 6 goals! We are happy to see our competitors doing their best on the field fighting for this award! Congratulations Pavle and good luck in a Best Shooter Prize run.
Jani Paananen (Finland Futsal Manager): Serbia is a tough opponent especially for an entering match. Lack of attention left as two scores behind. We will keep fighting for a well group positioning.
Matin Ahmadi (Finalnd Player): We had a lot of missed chances which resulted with a loss. Nothing is done yet, we will have the opportunity to show our qualities in the rest of the competition.
Vladimir Jovanović (Serbian Selector): The performance was not on the highest level and the match vas very tense. Finland could have made the same difference in their advantage.
Luka Đorđević (Serbian Goalkeeper): We had a very tight result in this match. We cannot let this happen in the rest of the competition.
While Finland is enjoying their day off tomorrow, Serbia will compete with Slovakia in a second round of Group A. We wish both of our teams good luck!
Love life, live futsal!
